The main objective of the Accès Program is to improve infrastructure such as the pickup and drop-off areas, the road network, and nearby parking facilities, in order to increase the airport's capacity and ensure smooth traffic flow. It also aims to facilitate passenger movement by creating an efficient interface between the future REM station and the terminal building, designing the front extension of the terminal building, and installing walkways that link the facilities to various points in the terminal.
